ESPN reports that Houston Rockets Star Yao Ming will make a cameo appearance in the movie “Slam Dunk” starring Taiwanese Hip-Hop/Pop Singer Jay Chou and South Korean R&B/Pop Singer BoA. The movie is supposed to be about about a Kung Fu Fighter, played by Chou, becoming a basketball player.

The budget for the film will be about US $10 million and special effects will be done by Hong Kong’s Centro Digital, the same CG company that did effects for Kung Fu Hustle, Shaolin Soccer, and The Promise.
